All purchases are one-time. We sell credit packages that you can use at your own pace. There are no monthly fees or recurring subscriptions, and your credits never expire.

Why is my Postal Code / Zip required?
Because we sell digitally to customers all over the world, international laws require us to calculate VAT and Sales Tax based on your specific location. Your postal code ensures the correct tax rate is applied and acts as a security check for your bank to prevent fraud. We do not store this address.
What payment methods can I use?

Will I get a proper Tax/VAT invoice?

What are credits and how many assets can I make?
Credits are used for all generative actions. The number of assets you can create depends on the model's cost. For example, a small package could get you dozens of sprites with our fastest models (like Schnell at 3 credits) or several high-quality animations with a state-of-the-art model (like Seedance-1-Pro-Fast at 55 credits).
What happens if a generation fails or I get a bad result? Are credits refundable?
Credits are only deducted for successful generations; if a technical error occurs, your credits are safe. While credit package purchases are non-refundable, we want you to get value. The nature of AI involves experimentation, so some results may not be perfect. We encourage you to check our public gallery to see the real-world performance of each model before spending a lot of credits.
Who owns the pixel art I create? What about copyrighted characters?
You own the rights to the original pixel art you generate and can use it for any personal or commercial project. If you generate art of trademarked characters (e.g., Pokémon), you are responsible for adhering to copyright laws, which typically limits use to non-commercial fan art.
What are the available creative modes?
pixie.haus offers four dedicated modes: 'Picture' (generate from text), 'Animation' (animate a reference image with a prompt), 'Edit Image' (create variations of a reference image), and 'Upload Image' (upload your own art to use as a starting point).
What are the best settings for creating game sprites?
Our platform is optimized for creating game-ready sprites. By default, the 'Remove Background' option is enabled to generate clean assets with transparent backgrounds. For best results, use a prompt describing only the character or item. If you want to create a full scene, simply disable this option in the generation settings.
What resolutions can I generate for my pixel art?
You can generate pixel art in 128x128, 64x64, and 32x32 resolutions.
- **128x128** offers the best quality and consistency.
- **64x64** is great for rapid creation but may require manual refinements.
- **32x32** is experimental and best for very simple objects.
Regardless of the generation size, you can always download clean, upscaled versions from the 'Export Settings'.
How do I create an animation?
All animations require a first-frame image. You can either generate one using 'Picture' mode or upload your own art via the 'Upload' tab. Then, in 'Animation' mode, you provide a prompt to guide the motion. Using a first frame with a transparent background will result in a sprite sheet animation with a transparent background.
